We rent by the day, not the hour.
Your booking includes up to 8 hours of active golfing time within a 10-hour window. Setup and breakdown do not count toward those hours.
We do not offer reduced pricing for shorter events, as the majority of our cost is in design, logistics, delivery, and staffing.
Additional golfing time beyond 8 hours may be accommodated when possible at $50 per half-hour increment.
-
Overtime will be accomodated whenever possible. Our day rental includes up to 8 hours of golfing time in a 10 hour period. (For example, two sessions of 4 hours.) If you book us for 8 hours, and want more time last-minute, we'll accomodate if possible, at a rate of $50 per half hour.
If you booked us for 4 or 6 hours, for example, and want more time last-minute, the overtime is free of charge until you hit 8 hours of service time. The golf attendant will decide if they can stay later than expected or not.
If you know ahead of time you want us for more than 8 hours, we’ll add the extra hours onto your invoice after you book and pay your deposit, at the rate of $50 per half hour.

Our premium mobile mini golf experience was designed with weddings and corporate events in mind - but we’re happy to bring it to birthdays, private parties, other celebrations and events.
-
The average hole is under 3 feet wide and 11-14 feet long, with some L- and T-shaped designs that are a lot wider.
For comfortable guest flow, we recommend a minimum of 900 square feet dedicated to the course, although we can certainly expand to fill 1500 square feet. Less may work; more is preferred — especially for higher guest counts. Example layouts are shown on our layout page.
We can spread the course across multiple rooms or combine indoor and outdoor spaces. Photos of your venue in advance are extremely helpful so we can plan ahead for the best layout.
-
Since we just launched, we only built the first 9 hole course, so that’s all we’re offering as a standard bookable package. But if you want less than all 9, email us - and we’ll try and make it work, and get you a reasonable quote asap!
We may or may not add bookable packages in the future for 3 or 6 holes, for example, as well as additional add-ons that we’re dreaming up…

We can level for up to approximately a 2% slope. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee ideal ball roll.
We can set up on hardwood, concrete, tile, grass, gravel, and similar surfaces. If the floor can handle normal furniture, it can handle our equipment. We use rubber feet to protect hard flooring.

The course can accommodate a throughput of approximately 36-56 guests per hour, depending on speed of play and group size.
Mini golf is designed to be open during most or all of your event. For weddings and formal events, you decide when it closes temporarily so guests don’t miss key moments.

Setup typically takes 60-90 minutes, and breakdown takes 45-60 minutes, but this varies widely depending on venue access.
Please inform us during the booking process about stairs, elevators, long walks, parking limitations, or difficult access so we can plan accordingly.
-
Yes. We provide an on-site attendant for the duration of service - often Jacob, who built the entire course.
The attendant manages guest flow, oversees equipment, and enhances the guest experience by interacting with guests in an engaging, non-intrusive way.
Please remember that Perfect Nine is not a childcare service, and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors.
